“Coach” comes from ‘coche’ an old French word meaning ‘a vehicle to transport people from one place to another’.
NLP coaching is not just about making changes but is just as much about continuous improvement in life. When we plan goals in our lives, often life gets in the way and we don’t achieve those goals which then end up as dreams!
However, when you plan and schedule those goals under the guidance and motivation of a coach, the chances of you succeeding becomes extremely high. The relationship between a coach and client is a professional partnership. The client is guided to access the skills and resources already available within.
The Process begins by focusing and being very clear on what it is that you want to achieve, what you want to change or transform. Then we evaluate where you are now.
This is the ‘void’. The space between where you are and where you want to be! We will work closely with you to identify and change the things which have stopped you achieving your true potential.
Through the coaching process, you are pushed beyond the boundaries of your comfort zone by your coach in order to achieve those positive results. It is only by pushing through those boundaries that major changes are possible. Life begins when you step out of your comfort zone!!
The next step is a specific step by step plan to achieve each one of your intended goals along with the understanding that you are entirely accountable for completing all the steps and tasks agreed upon in the plan. You may be assigned additional tasks to address barriers or obstacles that may present themselves along the way or to draw out your natural resources which are lying dormant within you waiting to be released.
